Apostarbet Bonus Rules — General Terms
Apostarbet offers promotions in the form of bonus credits, deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets. These general Bonus Rules apply to all promotions unless a promotion-specific terms document states otherwise. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and the promotion-specific terms published with the offer.
Eligibility and Activation
- Accounts: Only one account per natural person is permitted. The operator may require identity verification prior to all bonus activation.
- Right to refuse: Apostarbet reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus, promotional credit or offer from any player or group of players at its sole discretion.
- Activation: To receive a promotion, you must opt in or otherwise activate the offer in accordance with its terms. Activation confirms acceptance of the applicable bonus terms and any promotion-specific conditions.
- Cash first: In all cases, wagers placed with cash balances precede any use of bonus balances for wagering.
Bonus Types and Scope
- Casino Bonuses: These are promotions tied to casino play. They are subject to wagering requirements, category restrictions and time limits set with the promotion. Only bets placed on eligible casino games contribute toward wagering in accordance with the specific offer.
- Sports Bonuses: These promotions apply to sports betting. They have separate wagering rules and eligibility criteria. Bets must be placed in accordance with the sports offer terms to count toward the promotion.
- No Deposit, Free Spins and Free Bets: Special promotions may be awarded without an initial deposit or as part of a welcome package. These offers have their own wagering requirements, expiry periods and category restrictions. Winnings from these offers are subject to the terms published with the promotion.
- Eligibility and verification: Promotions may be available only to fully verified players and may vary by country or jurisdiction. Incomplete verification can prevent bonus eligibility.
Wagering Requirements and Contributions
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The standard framework is as follows, unless changed by the offer:
- Wagering multiple: 40x the bonus amount is a common baseline; promotion-specific terms may adjust this figure.
- Contribution by game type: Gambling activity contributes to wagering at different rates. Typical allocations are 100% for eligible slot games; 3% for Live Casino, Table Games and Casual Games. Some game types may be excluded from contributing to wagering.
- Non-contributing games: A defined set of games does not count toward wagering for the bonus. The operator will provide the precise list in the promotion’s terms.
- Cash first rule: All wagering must be performed using cash balances before bonus funds can be used for wagering.
- On completion: Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance or winnings can be withdrawn, unless the promotion terms allow otherwise.
Expiry, Activation Periods and Forfeiture
- Validity window: Bonuses are generally valid for seven (7) days from the moment they are credited, unless the promotion terms specify a longer or shorter period.
- Expiry consequences: If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated period, bonus funds and any associated winnings may be voided.
- Cancellation on low balance: An active bonus may be automatically cancelled if the balance falls to a nominal threshold (for example, the equivalent of a small cash amount) in the currency of the bonus.
- Early withdrawal: If you withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be deducted from your balance.
One Bonus at a Time and Stacking Prohibition
- Single bonus policy: Only one bonus may be active on a player’s account at any given time. Promotions may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly permitted by Apostarbet.
- Promotion integrity: Attempts to stack or misuse multiple promotions may result in the denial of the promotions and the closure of the affected accounts.
Bonus Abuse, Irregular Play and Security
- Prohibited practices: The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse or irregular play, and may lead to withholding, forfeiture or termination of access to the services: cash stashing, bonus stashing, multi-account handling, collusion with other players, deliberate delays in wagering, and any strategy designed to exploit the promotion.
- Detection and actions: Apostarbet may monitor play to identify abuse. If abuse is suspected, the operator may deny, withhold or withdraw any bonus or promotion, and may terminate or suspend the player’s access to the services.
Geography, Eligibility and Compliance
Promotions are subject to jurisdictional eligibility. Some territories may be excluded from participating or receiving bonuses. It is the player’s responsibility to review the country-specific terms and confirm eligibility before participating in any promotion. Apostarbet reserves the right to enforce eligibility checks and to modify or terminate promotions in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Misconfigurations, Modifications and Communications
In the event of a misconfiguration or technical error affecting any bonus balance or wagering calculation, Apostarbet reserves the right to rectify balances and related terms to reflect the intended outcome. The operator may modify any policy regarding earning, wagering or expiration of bonuses at its sole discretion, with changes applying to new and existing promotions unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
Withdrawal, Reversals and Support
Promotional terms are designed to enable withdrawal of winnings once wagering requirements are satisfied.
